Reason :

Reason :

The sentence above must be parallelism. Standing and Singing, both of them are verb in present continuous / the happening event. So watched must be change with the same tenses too.

ENGLISH BUSINESS ( MY OPINION )

BBM Naik, Rakyat Menderita

TRIBUNNEWS.COM - 1 April 2012 mendatang tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwa BBM (Bahan bakar minyak) akan naik. Kenaikanpun mencapai Rp 1.500 perliter. Muncuatnya harga BBM yang akan naik april mendatang membuat para pedagang kalang-kabut mencari akal. Sehingga BBM belum naik, harga kebutuhan pokok mulai melambung tinggi sejak dua minggu terakhir. Persoalan tersebut membuat konsumen harus mengeluarkan kocek yang lebih banyak.

Demo dan aksi menolak BBM pun mulai bermunculan di seluruh Indonesia. Seluruh kalangan sipil turun ke jalan untuk melawan kenaikan BBM baik dari kalangan mahasiswa maupun buruh. Tidak hanya sampai di situ, diskusi diberbagai forum pun bermunculan baik di media massa maupun di kalangan akademisi hingga ke warung-warung kopi. Namun pemerintah tetap bersikukuh pada pendiriannya untuk menaikkan harga BBM. Bahkan Menteri ekonomi Hatta rajasa mengungkapkan bahwa demo menolak BBM hal yang biasa dan wajar.

Rakyat menangis dan menderita menutupi kebutuhan pokok. Penghasilan rakyat yang pas-pasan bahkan tidak mencukupi untuk membeli kebutuhan pokok telah terjadi sebelum BBM naik. Tambah lagi BBM naik tentu akan menyulitkan kalangan ekonomi menengah ke bawah. Penderitaan rakyat terus terjadi dan di tekan oleh pemerintah. Mereka pun menyiapkan para polisi sebagai alat untuk membentengi para pendemo. Kenyataan kenaikan BBM tidak bisa dielakkan dan rakyat akan semakin menderita.

Munculnya pro dan kontra terhadap kenaikan BBM pun sangat meresahkan rakyat. Perdebatan terjadi antara kubu pemerintah dengan kubu akademisi dan para mantan Menteri. Namun walaupun demikian, mereka tetap komit dan bersiteru mengatakan naik atau turun harga BBM untuk kepentingan rakyat. Sehingga masyarakat bingung dengan ke dua belah pihak itu dalam menanggapi persoalan kenaikan harga BBM.

Memang, jika kita melihat Undang-Undang kekuasaan tertinggi berada di tangan rakyat yakni sesuai dengan azaz demokrasi. Rakyat menjadi penentuan dalam memutuskan segala kebijakan. Kepentingan yang harus di bela adalah kepentingan rakyat bukan kepentingan pribadi atau golongan. Sehingga aneh bin ajaib rakyat sudah berkoar-koar meminta pemerintah untuk tidak menaikkan harga BBM malah bersikukuh pada pendapatnya.

Angka kemiskinan kian hari kian bertambah, busung lapar di mana-mana, pengemis tiap tempat, perampokan, pencurian hingga penodongan menjadi “barang” biasa di negeri ini. Mereka melakukan semua hal tersebut dengan beragam alasan, dan alasan yang paling populer adalah masalah kemiskinan. Maka, kemiskinan menjadi pembicaraan klasik baik di dunia akademisi maupun masyarakat umum.

Pertanyaan yang selalu dilontarkan oleh masyarakat adalah kenapa penduduk Indonesia tidak bisa menikmati kekayaan bangsanya? Bukankah Indonesia kaya? Laut kaya, hasil bumi, hutan dan lainnya. Sayang, hanya sebagian orang yang menikmati kekayaan tersebut. Para elit dengan canda tawa dan bermewah-mewah hidup menikmati kekayaan bangsa. Namun rakyat hanya bisa gigit jari melihat tingkah para elit yang hidup hedonis dan pragmatis.

Seakan-akan rakyat sudah muak melihat tingkah para pejabatnya. Mereka tidak pernah menghiraukan urusan rakyat malah mengurusi perutnya sendiri. Mereka menutup mata melihat keadaan rakyat yang serba kekurangan. Sehingga mereka lebih suka turing ke luar negeri dibandingkan turing ke daerah-daerah pedalaman untuk menyaksikan langsung keadaan rakyat.

Sungguh naif, rakyat menjadi budak di negeri sendiri. Semua hasil alam berada dalam genggaman Negara alias rakyat. Begitu pula konstitusi menjamin kesejahteraan rakyat. Namun itu semua hanya sekedar dijadikan aturan dan permainan para elit politik. Penderitaan rakyat pasti akan bertambah bila harga BBM naik. Karena bila harga BBM naik maka harga seluruh kebutuhan pokok tidak bisa tidak pasti akan melambung tinggi. Rakyat akan terus menangis dan menderita.

Solusi yang terbaik adalah pemerintah harus memperhitungkan kemudharatan-kemudharatan yang timbul bila harga BBM naik. Sikap ketergantungan pada pasar dunia harus dihilangkan. Pola pikir hedonis dan pragmatis harus menjadi musuh bersama. Produksi migas harus ditingkatkan. Hendaknya pemerintah harus mampumengalihkan BBM ke gas. Karena, memang BBM semakin hari semakin langka. Maka pemerintah harus melakukan terobosan-terobosan baru untuk menunjang perekonomian rakyat.

Maka harapan semua pihak, supaya pemerintah harus berpihak kepada rakyat. Jangan sibuk melakukan politik pencitraan. Berikan keadilan dan kesejahteraan kepada rakyat. Jangan bebankan rakyat dengan harga BBM yang melonjak tinggi.

MY OPINION

The increase in fuel oil prices would be done by the government in april making vidual concern for the people, Besides fuel price who will go up definite other prices will rise again as prices of basic necessities. Income people who limited it is not enough to buy daily needs , especially for economic circles down to think of eating today only they're hard plus should think fuel is going up, this will make the people suffer . the uncertain state of the economy and income of the people who do not ride as well as increasing poverty figures will make people become increasingly desperate attempts to commit criminal acts because they already do not know anymore what they should do to fullfill the needs of daily living . the Government should be trying to find the best solution before raising fuel oil prices. The government should think of the implications for the people especially the people who have income barely adequate
